Intercom

This is a view of the Intercom from a mobile device.  The Intercom has full two way voice communications (local or remote) and generates a picture (Last Visitors) with date and time stamps.

This image shows additional options to access a front door “lock box” for deliveries,  turning on the porch light and the additional option to take more photographs.

This video feed is passed directly to the TV and is presented automatically for ten seconds before returning the TV back to the original channel being watched.

The Last Visitors button takes you to a page with all recent visitor activity with date and time stamps.

Initial Installation:

The system is designed to send out notifications when there is a potential safety or security issue.

The system will detect a flood by the washing machine and will send out a push notification to the iPhones, iPads or Android devices and will pass a message to the TV in the house to elicit some remedial action.

Similarly the system will send out a notification if the hob is on past a certain time so that someone can take action.

Next Level:

The next level would be to add some additional ionFolks hardware and necessary plumbing/gas/electrical work that would allow the system to isolate the appliances/bathrooms from continued flooding. The action could be reset locally or remotely ie touching a light switch that has been set to reset this action.
Available for gas hobs that are fitted with a Gas Safety Feature (GSF) that recognises the presence/absence of a flame.

"If the system can monitor it, the system can change it."
